FINDING TASKS USING CWE IDENTIFIERS <CR_A.2.1>

Give detailed examples and explanations of how a user can locate tasks in the tool by looking for their associated CWE identifier (required):

Users can specify searches based on CWE identifiers using the search criteria by regular expression, such as:

• An individual CWE Identifier: CWE-ID(ddd)(.)*, such as CWE-476(.)*
• A list of CWE Identifiers: CWE-ID(d, or dd)(.)*, such as CWE-4(.)*

The RESORT Code Analysis provides CWE-ID reports and lists the defects identified by the tool. All of the CWE identifiers in our tool are linked to specific CWE-ID page on the CWE website by help feature (Customize Audits).
